Lakers Looking to Odom for Production

With Andrew Bynum struggling with foul trouble and defensive rebounding, the Los Angeles Lakers looked towards then back-up power forward Lamar Odom for some production at the 4 spot.

Well, Odom answered. In 5 games against the Utah Jazz, Lamar averaged 36.6 minutes a game, 17.8 points per game, 11 rebounds per game and 1.60 blocks per game.

Pretty good numbers for a guy who started the series on the bench.

Derek Fisher Has a Serious Stalker

Some scary news coming from Los Angeles Lakers starting point guard Derek Fisher. Apparently, Fisher has filled a report with the police stating that his family may be in danger if this woman continues to harass him.

According to Fisher a woman, known as Symone, has been stalking and harassing his family for years. Just today a judge granted Fisher an order of protection against the woman who goes by the “REAL Mrs. Fisher,” on her Myspace page. Symone, who legally changed her last name to Fisher, from the details of the investigation suffers from severe mental issues. She believes that she and Fisher are married and/or have a child together.

Here is one of the comments/letters she sent to Derek:

“If I give your sexy ass my new # r u going to call me or will u send the po po after me? Meanie.” And another: “Yes, I do want to have your babies - the ones you keep showing me. Our beautiful sons. Place them in my womb now.”

Since this news has broken, here Myspace and Twitter pages - both of which displayed some creepy information on her obsession - have been taken down.

Of all the Laker players to stalk *cough*Kobe*cough*, you choose Fisher?
